Conditions for Product Exchange
- Wrong model, color, or size received.
- Damaged or non-functional products received.
- Products can be exchanged within 14 days after received.
- Products for exchange must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and unmodified from the original state.
- Products for exchange must include the original box/packaging, price tag, and the original receipt from the company.
- Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.
- The company reserves the right to refuse product exchange if the product is not in perfect condition and the original receipt is not presented.
How to request an exchange for a product
In case the customer desires to exchange a product:
1. Send an email to customer service at revrunnr.marketing.my@gmail.com, along with the following details:
- Photo of product and specify reason for the exchange.
- In case of color or size exchange, please provide details of the desired product.
- Shipping fees for the exchanged product are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Upon receiving the information and the product for exchange, the company will inspect the product to ensure it meets the exchange conditions specified. After confirming the eligibility for exchange, the company will check the stock of the desired exchanged product and send a confirmation email to proceed with the exchange.
3. After customer received an email confirming the product exchange, the customer should prepare the following documents:
- Confirmation email for the product exchange.
- Purchase order receipt.
- Product must be in the same condition as the company sent, including any labels. And product contained in the packaging as well. If the products are not in the condition, the company reserves the right to exchange them for all cases.
4. Once the new product is approved for exchange, the company will proceed with the shipment. Customer will receive an email regarding the ongoing process and a new order number.
5. The company reserves the right to consider and inspect before delivering the new product.
6. The company reserves the right to exchange products under the policies and conditions as specified by company.
7. The company reserves the right to request an exchange for ordering the wrong model or dissatisfaction with the product.
8. The company accepts exchanges after the customer has received the product within 14 days. If it is longer than the specified date, the company reserves the right not to accept product exchanges.
9. The company does not refund in any case.
