My recent online purchase turned into a very disappointing experience. The delivery company claimed my item was damaged, which was frustrating enough — but the real issue was the customer service that came after from Rev Edition.
I contacted the first person (apparently their accountant), but received zero response. I called again and was passed to the second person, Najihah, who also did not reply despite promising to check and update me. After getting nowhere, I had to seek help from someone who wasn’t even part of your online team just to get some attention.
Finally, a third person (whose role I still don’t know, presumably also from accounts) informed me — after almost four working days and being passed from person to person — that the item was out of stock and I would not be getting any replacement.
To make things worse, I was told the refund could take 1 to 3 months, which makes no sense at all, especially when your own website clearly states refunds take around 30 working days.
The whole experience felt like a run-around: unresponsive staff, poor coordination, slow action, and unclear refund timelines. It should not take three people and four days just to tell a customer “no stock.” Overall, extremely disappointing and definitely affects my confidence in buying from you again.
